EverGEN™ 1520 solar LED parking lot lights

EverGen M

Overview:

As part of an initiative to reduce energy consumption by 10 percent, a global high-tech equipment designer and manufacturer consulted R.C. Lurie Company to equip one of its employee parking lots with energy-efficient lighting. After comparing several off-grid LED and compact-fluorescent alternatives, R.C. Lucson chose Carmanah’s EverGEN™ 1520 solar-powered LED lights for the project.

The EverGEN 1520 system complied not only with IESNA guidelines, but also fulfilled the city of Tucson’s stringent “dark-sky” friendly outdoor lighting ordinances. With no scheduled maintenance required for five years, the new solar parking lot lighting system is expected to help reduce operating costs and eliminate utility fees.
